We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use your business contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your submitted details are stored in our internal client records (Notion) and payment records with Stripe. Your website itself is hosted with our website hosting provider. These providers may process data outside Australia as part of their standard infrastructure.

4. Third Parties We Use

• Make — connecting your form submission to our internal records
• Notion — internal client record keeping

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (noting that deleting core business details may mean we can no longer host your site). Contact us using the details on our homepage to make a request.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes, after which it's deleted or anonymised.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
